Twice a Day:

Betaine Hydrochloride – Betaine hydrochloride with protease is designed to aid digestion by promoting the production of stomach acid and by helping to begin the process of protein digestion. Additionally, it helps to provide methyl groups that are vital to several physiological processes.
Ammonium Chloride – Ammonium chloride (buffered with potassium phosphate) helps support the pH within normal levels.* It may support the mechanisms involved in healthy levels of creatinine, BUN, uric acid, chlorides, and normal nitrogen retention.*
Follow the SMELL n’ SCORE steps below to determine which buffers to take. For optimal results, re-test every time you supplement.
1) Test by Smell
Open the bottle and put your nose really close to the bottle. Take several gentle sniffs until you can rate your smell score using the Smell Score Card.
The score may change as you ‘get used to it’ and that’s OK. Your nose will settle in on about the third sniff for an accurate score.
