The Healing Zone
What is the Healing Zone? The optimal capacity of the body to resist, repair and recover.
We propose that when the body is hydrated and in the healthy zone for blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature and body weight it has the greatest capacity to heal and resist injury and infection.
Why? Healthy blood pressure and heart rate indicate optimal cardio vascular efficiency along with inter and extra cellular fluid balance. Healthy vital signs also indicate optimal electrolyte levels. Translation: good circulation of nutrients in and waste materials out; supple muscles; warm hands and feet, healthy skin and resistance to infection.
Electrolytes & minerals combined with self assessment tools can help EVERY body discover their Healing Zone.
